Postal Exam Prep provides immediate access to mock tests, practice questions, syllabus breakdowns, and performance analytics upon successful subscription payment. Because these digital resources are instantly accessible and consumable, we maintain specific policies regarding cancellation and refund requests.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

We want you to feel confident in your departmental exam preparation. If you are not satisfied with the platform or believe it does not meet your study expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial transaction.

To submit a refund request, please email your transaction details and your registered account email to support@postalexamprep.com.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Any refund requests made after 7 days from the initial transaction date.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions (such as credential sharing, reverse engineering, or data scraping).
  • Subsequent subscription renewal cycles that were not cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway processing times.
